Tutor Orial, catering to students with its engaging and skilled tutors, sought to streamline its scheduling process to boost completion rates and reduce confusion, evidenced by complaints or negative feedback.

Timeline

The project unfolded in three stages: initial problem discovery through usability heuristic evaluation, followed by ideation with diverse flow creation and testing. The second stage involved testing low-fidelity prototypes, synthesizing feedback, and iterating designs. The final stage was dedicated to developing a distinctive design system and a high-fidelity prototype.
