CrushHour is a consumer-facing iOS app built from the ground up to help New Yorkers reconnect after missed encounters on the subway. Beyond the app, I designed the complete product ecosystem, including internal moderation tools, a marketing platform, website, and launch campaign.

duration: 6 months (ongoing).

Designing an end-to-end product ecosystem

Designed every touchpoint across the consumer experience, internal tools, and marketing platform. The product combines location-based missed connections, daily route discovery, messaging, verification, and moderation into a cohesive experience.

Rethinking the design workflow

Rather than following a traditional design-to-development handoff, I worked in rapid feedback loops between design and AI-assisted development. This approach allowed me to prototype, build, test, and iterate simultaneously, significantly reducing implementation time while maintaining design quality. CrushHour AI-assisted design process

Bringing the brand into the real world

Beyond the product, I developed the visual identity and launch strategy through social content, subway sticker campaigns, App Store assets, and the public website, creating a brand designed specifically for New York commuters.
